Welcome to Sharp Circle Inc. We are a community-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to liberating people from their internal and external obstacles through our innovative mentorship programs so they can freely add their unique value to the world. We aim to help people transform self-limiting beliefs into self-actualizing convictions, and to transform constricting economic conditions into broadened horizons of possibility. Our vision is of a world where all people are recognized as valuable in that they possess intrinsic, intangible qualities that have the potential to benefit our society. We foresee a world where individuals are encouraged to discover and align their passions with the ever-evolving needs of the World Tribe. We imagine this to be the path to full inclusion: the acknowledgment that all people possess latent and unique capabilities, and that our society is diminished when those talents are not evoked and manifested. The values that both propel us and anchor us are as follows: People: We believe that the unimagined solutions to our world's problems exist in the potential of people and not things. Elevation: We believe in the human will to transform towards good; that without fear or trauma, individuals are naturally prosocial; therefore, we value healing as a transformative and elevating power. Imagination: We believe that all that has ever been created by humans existed first in the mind; therefore, while honoring the past and present, we look to our minds for the blueprint to the future. Responsibility: We believe that we are empowered to choose our actions in all contexts—while influences may be great, our ability to choose our responses is even greater.
