Shared Vision Consulting, LLC provides system design, training and support for improving practice and services for agencies working with high risk families. We believe families involved with the court system through child welfare or juvenile justice are best served through a specialized team of case workers and behavioral health staff trained to work with non-voluntary populations. Families being required to participate in services can present as resistant and uncooperative to behavioral staff trained to work with voluntary, motivated individuals. We specialize in the design of human service delivery models that:Focus on integrating all essential agencies into one team that meet weekly for staffing;Ensure integrated teams are directed by developed protocols implemented with fidelity;Service delivery is connected by a shared data base that tracks all services, sponsors data driven decision making, and produces automated reports. SVC is committed to the design and implementation of service delivery systems focused on joining with families where they are, acknowledging and honoring their experience and finding ways to improve the overall level of protective factors present in the family system. Based on our experiences implementing services for court involved youth we know the value of well trained staff who approach families with a high level of respect, provide the family with choices whenever possible to sponsor a sense of equality and partnership and engage in the change process recognizing families are unlimited.
