Shared Purchasing Solutions (SPS) healthcare program (including colleges, government municipalities and related classes of trade) is a member-based Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) that offers cost-saving solutions to members through negotiated agreements with dedicated supplier partners. SPS members have access to exceptional contracted pricing on national purchasing agreements as a benefit of our affiliation with Intalere (formerly Amerinet), a major nationwide GPO. The availability of regional and national agreements, along with the services of SPS representatives who help organizations select those agreements that best suit their needs, results in budget-friendly purchasing opportunities and access to a variety of value-added services. SPS staff assist members in identifing and connecting with suppliers and services that provide the best available pricing options. Members, however, maintain the ability to make individual choices from the SPS/Intalere portfolio of offerings. SPS presently serves over 2,600 facilities including hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, surgery centers, assisted living centers, higher education, county facilities and other related classes of trade.
