The company is the exclusive marketing arm of NetChain Communications for the licensing and service of an easy and effective way to update personal or company websites using a series of control panels. This system is a server based web framework. The project was started by software developer, Lev Shamilov in 1999 to encourage rapid web development with clean, pragmatic design. The first task was to enable web site developers and graphic designers cope with customer demand for content changes to their web sites. The answer for this was a powerful control panel managing web content on any page. Because this web framework was extremely easy to extend, more control panels were created to accomplish almost any functionality require by a website.
