Shaping Paths Information

Shaping Paths is a leadership development consultancy focused on helping leaders influence behaviour. We work with leaders to help their teams solve the following types of problems: Lack of ownership or responsibility Too much “that’s not my job!” mentality Silos and bottlenecks Lots of complaining with no action Lack of trust We provide solutions through coaching and training, both virtually and face to face. We also have online courses, and certify internal trainers to use our tools to solve the above problems. Our solutions are designed using our Shaping Paths methodology, based on the book “Shaping Paths – How to Design and Deliver PRACTICAL Training” by our founder Jamie Dixon. This methodology uses behaviour science to design practical tools that enable learners to solve the problems they are facing at work. All training solutions are designed around these practical tools.
