SHAPE Training was created with the everyday athlete in mind. We are committed to creating an atmosphere where personal improvement, competition, and fun reign supreme. We have abandoned the traditional fitness model of business and instead promise to do everything possible to get the most effort out of our members. Don't expect to be overwhelmed with fancy machines or even many at all. At SHAPE Training we keep it simple. We want our members to move well and be mentally tough. This won't be your average gym membership for sure, but it will be your last. SHAPE Training is owned, managed, and run by coaches. It is the first in the industry to have a primary focus on the skills and talents of "The Coach." We have the best and brightest coaches in industry who share enthusiasm for your goals, hold you accountable, and become the leader in your quest for personal improvement.
