Shanthi Project Information

Shanthi Project is a nonprofit organization providing evidence-based mindfulness education services to more than 5,500 children and adults annually across the Greater Lehigh Valley. For more than a decade, we have been working within schools and in the community to share mindfulness practices that support mental health and well-being. We teach others how to manage stress, increase focus, make healthier decisions, create meaningful friendships, and so much more—all through the simple practice of mindfulness.
