The "Shadag" initiative was born from a deep-seated desire to amplify the impact of inspiring civilian initiatives and emergency response teams during the "Swords of Iron" war. We envision providing them with comprehensive technological platforms to enhance their ability to aid civilians and assist victims in times of need. We aim to enable these remarkable teams to operate on a larger scale, faster, more efficiently, and make the most significant impact possible. 🌟 After gaining experience working with large-scale emergency response teams, we've developed a rapid onboarding process and smooth implementation, with customizations per each team's needs. Our platform offers user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and integrations with external systems, such as: 1️⃣ Comprehensive management of requests for various needs (shelter for evacuees, inventory/food/clothing and equipment requests, drivers and transportation, emotional support). 2️⃣ Collaboration between emergency response teams, including request transfers based on specializations, inventories, and areas of responsibility. 3️⃣ An automatic algorithm for matching requests with available resources. 4️⃣ Full integration with intelligent transportation systems. 5️⃣ End-to-end process management - from receiving a new request to completing the service. 6️⃣ Internal emergency response team process management for ensuring execution at all stages. 7️⃣ Request submission forms and request update forms. 8️⃣ Integration with WhatsApp for updating applicants and optimizing work processes. 💜 The team consists of about 15 volunteers, startup veterans, product and user experience experts, and experienced developers.
