SGNL offers three pillars of expertise: employee experience design, intrinsic wayfinding, and true north design. through employee experience design, we guide organizations on the systems and structures that inform culture and define an individual’s journey in the workplace. we work alongside the makers and leaders of global commerce to tackle all things employee experience—nurturing spaces where individuals and teams can thrive. belonging is the red thread that binds any solution—with a dash of belief building and narrative added to the mix for good measure. while employee experience design is focused on external systems and organizational change, intrinsic wayfinding takes an inside-out approach. through 1:1 advisory and gatherings, we guide individuals on a journey inward to tap into their original self. we help them build a practice that creates a pathway towards unshackling their personal narratives and identities from systems of oppression, and realize new futures. true north design is where the two approaches come boldly together. here we partner closely with a senior leader through crucible moments — taking a new seat, crafting and articulating a bold strategic agenda, assessing and leveling up bench strength, rallying a team towards a new future. the elements of intrinsic wayfinding become guideposts on this journey as leaders step into their power and find their voice by examining their unique contribution. multiple ways into this work, all in service of one momentous northstar: helping people move forward to more fulfilled and fully abundant lives.
