The EU estimates that our economy can: ● Experience a 15 to 35% growth in performance when embedding diversity in the FinTech culture. 
 ● Women in finance account for 25 % of workforce, in Tech for 15 % and in FinTech we experience the compound effect: 9 % women (FT.com). 
The EU project "Women in the FinTech ecosystem" (which SFTL are part of) confirms these numbers. SwissFinTechLadies aim to change this under-representation and encourage women to become part of the Ecosystem. We support exponential tech, FinTech 4 good, engage in co-creating new models of financial intermediary and in expanding the Swiss cryptovalley.
