Formerly Scottish Food Quality Certification (SFQC), Acoura Certification provide practical, cost-effective, specialist assurance for the food processing and farming sectors. Operating across the UK we’ve been offering our customers assurance and related services for a range of sectors and standards since 1995. Each year we certify over 16,000 farms, food processors and food related companies on behalf of a broad range of businesses, organisations and public sector bodies who want independent assurance that their specified standards have been met. Among the standards Acoura can provide assurance for are all the scopes of BRC Global Standards for Food as well as Red Tractor and Quality Meat Scotland processing and farm assurance standards. Our staff all have extensive industry experience and know exactly what sort of restrictions and issues our customers face on a day-to-day basis. With this in mind, we strive to offer assessments which are not just thorough, but also practical and cost-effective. With us, your assessment is just part of the package, all of our customers benefit from year-round technical support from our in-house specialists. Focussed training courses on everything from HACCP to BRC Internal Auditing are also available from us - with bespoke packages and Supplier Audits an option for those with specific needs.
