The Shanghai Fine Jewellery and Art Fair (SFJAF) returns to the city for the second time this May (16-23) at the Shanghai Exhibition Centre. Bringing together some of the world’s most exclusive galleries, the Fair will exhibit antiquities, paintings, modern and contemporary Art and fine jewellery. Key pieces on exhibit include Ron Arad’s “Free Standing China” bookcase and some rare Japanese inspired furniture from Gabriel Viardot which was exhibited at the 1889 World Expo in Paris. There will also be Art Deco jewellery from Cartier on display. Founded in 2007 the SFJAF has quickly become one of the most prestigious and exclusive Fairs in Asia. This year the Fair will be held at the same time as the Shanghai World Expo which gives visitors a fabulous chance to see both of these world class events.
