At JOANN, we’re creating a happy place — for our customers, and for one another. We are growing our people as we grow our company, creating new opportunities to stretch and shine. Rooted in Cleveland since 1943, we are now more than 870+ stores strong. We work together, embracing challenges and rewarding success, as we create a happy, handmade world.
We’re crafters, yes – and we are also trend forecasters, store planners and caring helpers to all hearts, hands and minds. We’re a patchwork community of real people, stitched together by one common goal: inspire others who like to create with their hands, hearts and minds.
What is your happy place? Come create it here!
Lincraft has always been led by skilled retailers with a vision that has allowed the company to diversify and grow, with over 67 stores in Australia and New Zealand.
Beginning as a fabric stall in Melbourne in the 1950’s, Lincraft was nurtured by three generations of the Ross family before current owners John Maguire and Brian Swersky established Lincraft Australia in 2005.
Lincraft specialises in craft, fabric, yarn, haberdashery, window furnishings, manchester, fashion accessories and much more. We value the ever changing and evolving world of craft, sending our most passionate buyers to the ends of the earth to the world’s major craft, yarn and fabric fairs, with strict instructions to source the latest in fashion and creative ideas, and return with fresh inspiration for our customers.
Here at Lincraft, we know that nothing is more rewarding than creating something with your own hands, and once the love of craft starts, it can be difficult to stop! That’s the inspiration behind Lincraft’s “How To Make” series – bags to bolero’s, slippers to hoodies, patchwork quilts to Christmas scrapbooks - an entire library of free projects that are easy to do, hard to resist and available in store or online!
Australia’s biggest online craft store is now open for business at www.lincraft.com.au.
Fabric.com is the world's leading online fabric store. Founded in 1993 as Phoenix Textiles Group, Inc. the company began as a wholesale distributor of apparel fabrics. Bridging into e-commerce in 1999, we began selling cut-yardage fabrics directly to customers and became known as Fabric.com. In 2008, the company became a subsidiary of Amazon.
