Cramer is an independent behavioral experience design agency headquartered in Norwood, Massachusetts. Founded in 1982 and still independently owned, Cramer answers to clients, not shareholders. That independence is why we design experiences that are felt, not just seen — events, content, and environments built to change what people think, feel, and do, with every decision made in the client's interest. Our in-house creative, production, and studio teams carry each program from idea to room.
