ComplyOS is SevenBelow’s compliance operations platform built to help organizations move beyond scattered spreadsheets, static documents, and one-time audit prep. Its core idea is simple: document your operations, operate from your documents, and compliance follows. Instead of treating compliance as a disconnected paperwork exercise, ComplyOS turns it into a structured operating system that connects policies, controls, evidence, workflows, and audit readiness in one place. What makes ComplyOS different is that it is a documented management system, not another checklist tool. It combines the operational structure of an Information Security Management System (ISMS), the backbone ISO 27001 expects organizations to run, with the depth of NIST 800-53 control modules. The result is a single system where policies, controls, evidence, and audit history live together as a continuously operating program, not a binder rebuilt before every audit. ComplyOS is built on three layers. The Spine is the ISMS management system supporting policy lifecycle, governance, risk management, change management, and document approval. The Catalog is a set of pluggable NIST 800-53 control modules that map into SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and customer-defined frameworks. The Output is the documented system itself: living evidence packages, immutable audit trails, drift alerts, and an auditor portal generated continuously from the spine and catalog.
