Seven Studios was an electronic entertainment company located in West Los Angeles, California. Founded in 1999 by Lewis Peterson and six other industry veterans, Seven Studios created console video games based on top teir entertainment properties like The Sopranos,Fantastic Four, Shrek the Third and Pirates of the Caribbean movies as well as many other orginal properties. Seven Studios was acquired by Activision in April 2009 as a AAA music game development team. They worked on multiple titles in the Guitar Hero and DJ Hero franchises until the studio was closed in June of 2011.
