We are a USDA Certified Organic line of garlic condiments, founded in Ojai, CA in 2002. All of our items are made by hand in small batch quantities. The garlic comes from Gilroy and we source local wherever possible. We believe in making a quality product and therefore don't cut corners anywhere. Our mission is to provide simple condiments in a unique way which shines through our foundation of ingenuity and passion.
