For millions of people, legal vulnerability translates directly into exploitation, exclusion, and economic insecurity. Access to justice today is largely reactive: support becomes available only after a legal problem has escalated, and an individual has managed to enter the justice system. But reaching that point already requires people to recognise a legal issue, understand their rights, know where to seek help, and overcome multiple practical barriers. For many, this never happens. As a result, preventable legal problems escalate into financial hardship, loss of livelihood, and prolonged injustice. There is no accessible, scalable legal knowledge infrastructure that enables people to understand and act on their rights before a crisis occurs. We aim to provide user-friendly AI-powered tools to underserved communities to bridge legal informational gaps and enable more equitable access to justice. We provide a platform to enable collaboration among legal professionals, grassroots organisations, and technologists to co-create AI solutions. We are currently piloting tools across specific legal domains, with these key features: - Simple and intuitive user interface - Multilingual and audio capabilities - Database curated by legal experts - Lawyer-supervised AI training
