Settlers Rise Vineyard and Winery was established in 1998 on the Blackall Range - the iconic elevated hinterland of Queensland's Sunshine Coast. In 2008, Settlers Rise produced 3080 dozen bottles of wines and processed some 36 tonnes of grapes. Two new lines introduced to our range in 2008 were our Reserve Sparkling Chardonnay and Reserve Pinot Gris. Although a Sunshine Coast winery with its core vineyards almost 1000 metres above sea level in the cool climate Granite Belt, the Settlers Rise Wines are enjoyed as much by consumers throughout Queensland, as they are by national and international visitors who like to taste the region they are visiting.
