Caffè Nero was founded in 1997 by Gerry Ford who had a vision to bring a continental style coffee house experience to Europe and beyond. Our philosophy is really very simple: Premium Italian coffee. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. Good food and great personal service. Caffè Nero has continued to increase its store numbers, sales and profitability year on year and become a familiar neighbourhood meeting place in towns and cities across Europe and US. As store numbers have increased, Caffè Nero has built a strong brand identity built on premium espresso-based gourmet coffee, authentic Italian food products and a relaxing atmosphere in every store.

VN Coffee Tea Service Trading corporation (The Coffee House) started in 2014 with the 1st store in Cao Thang and have a total of over 100 stores across Viet Nam (as of 8/2018, included The Coffee House and Ten Ren). We are opening 1 - 2 stores every week and plan to keep this outrageous growth rate for a few more years. We strike to make the difference in Vietnam in terms of product excellence and service quality. Currently, we have over 2,500 teammates serve 20,000 visitors per day with our core purpose and reason for being is deliver happiness to people. It stands for “connecting with other people”. We believe happiness is in the hands of everyone, by the same way we could. Thus, we encourage our staff by delivering every inspiration, encouragement, human touch and positive working environment. When we talk “People” we mean, first of all, our staffs, our customers, our partners and the community around us. Nurturing the ritual, we are building “a house” (Nhà). Ginger & Pickles is situated in the floral market town of Nantwich. It was started with the aim of providing a tearoom in which people could relax and enjoy delicious cakes, fine teas and food made from local produce served in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. From that very first day Ginger and Pickles has gone from strength to strength. In it's first year we were awarded ‘Best Start Up Business of the Year’ by the South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and later became a proud member of the United Kingdom Tea Guild followed by being presented with Tea Guild’s annual Award of Excellence ever since. Ginger and Pickles has also been featured on TV including Heston's Great British Food and been commended by numerous publications as one of the best afternoon teas in the UK.
