Erdemir, the main company of the OYAK Mining Metallurgy and one of the most valuable industrial assets of Turkey, was established in 1960 under a special law, in order to be the first domestic producer of flat steel, which the Turkish industry necessitates at that time. Erdemir produces plates, hot and cold rolled, tin, chromium and zinc coated flat steel and supplies basic inputs to automotive, white goods, pipes and tubes, rolling, manufacturing, electrics-electronics, mechanical engineering, energy, heating equipment, shipbuilding, defense, and packaging industries.

Celebrating its 56th anniversary this year in the Turkish automotive industry, Karsan has been manufacturing at its modern facilities its own vehicles, as well as parts for the world’s prominent brands in the commercial vehicles sector. The company has been engaged in commercial vehicle production since 1981, and its factory in Hasanağa, Bursa has a flexible installation which can manufacture all kinds of vehicles in the same facilities from passenger cars and heavy trucks to minivans and buses. Karsan has been the only independent multi-brand vehicle manufacturer in Turkey for more than 50 years and the next phase for the company, powered and enabled by its business partners and licensers, is to develop bespoke versions of new and existing vehicles in order to extend its presence to all segments of cargo and passenger transportation. Working to “develop innovative products and services from the idea to the market” and to cater to every market segment, Karsan primarily aims to strengthen its Main Manufacturer/OEM business line. Karsan manages its whole automotive value chain from R&D and manufacturing to marketing, sales and after sales activities.

Tüprag, Türkiye'de metalik maden aramaları ve işletmeciliği yapmak için 1986 yılında kurulmuş ve bugüne kadar aldığı yüzlerce maden arama ruhsatıyla aramalar gerçekleştirmiştir. Söz konusu arama çalışmaları sonucunda, Uşak-Kışladağ ve İzmir-Efemçukuru gibi önemli altın yataklarını bulmuş ve bu yatakları işletmektedir. Şirketin Genel Müdürlüğü Ankara’da yer almaktadır ve Çanakkale’de bir numune hazırlama laboratuvarı bulunmaktadır.
