In 2003, SET’s unique model was published as a case study of a high-performing partnership by the National Academy of Public Administration. 4,500 people, including 2,500 seniors and adults with disabilities, benefit from SET’s evidence-based methods each year from 22 locations in Milwaukee: •Grandparents: 2,500 senior and disabled adults maintain their health and age in their own homes exercising their own decision-making in Milwaukee’s 14 public housing facilities. •Parents: 1,000 families and individuals are guided each year to establish and fulfill goals to increase resiliency in children and promote family stability. •Children: 1,000 elementary school students develop life skills in emotional regulation, problem solving and decision making.
