Servis 8 is an interdisciplinary team with knowledge and experience from various professional backrounds including service and ux design, graphics and product design, marketing and brand identity developement, economy, business management and gamification. Our process and methodology are built on principles of design thinking which is by its nature an exploratory process. By observing, understanding and building on empathy we can offer experiences and services that not only solve users' problems but also satisfy their needs and wishes. We think with our hands. We test ideas in a tangible way. We learn by doing, that is why we develop ideas through rapid prototyping. We communicate visually. Our tools are based on visualising information to improve and simplify communication. Many people know more than one. We believe in co-creation and include proffessionals from different background to deliver innovative results.
