We close the gap between our industry and QUALITY ACCESS to resources, such as: - Licensed Mental Health Professionals - Alcohol and Chemical Dependency Counseling - Legal, Financial, and Immigration - Housing, Finance, Transportation, Childcare. With the systems we have had in place since 2019, we are one of the leaders of development and implementation of Employee Assistance Program resources in the Hospitality and Service Industry resulting financial stability, staff chemistry, and harm reduction from the dish-pit to shareholders.
