Services Plus are a specialist sales and marketing recruitment agency, recruiting across most industry sectors from call centre staff, sales demonstrators through to field sales positions through to director level appointments. All candidates are put through a series of industry specific competency based interview and psychometric testing where appropriate. We also check candidates right to work and thoroughly reference them. We believe that our focus should be on finding our clients the ideal candidate to meet the specific specification. To enable us to do this we need to task get to know our clients company so that we can fully understand the requirements and the environment. By understanding the Most Important Thing (MIT) from both the client and candidate perspective, we can then match and subsequently introduce the right candidates that are most suited to our clients needs.
