Serviceplan Public Relations Suisse wurde im Juli 2013 mit Firmensitz in Zürich gegründet. Die Kernkompetenzen der inhabergeführten PR-Agentur liegen in den Bereichen Corporate Communications, Corporate Communications, Corporate Reputation, Product- und Brand-PR, Crisis Communications und Sponsoring & Rights. Integrierte Kommunikation ist eine Stärke von Serviceplan: So arbeiten im Zürcher "Haus der Kommunikation"​ PR-, Werbe- und Digitalagenturen zusammen unter einem Dach, was eine zentrale Koordination unterschiedlicher Disziplinen und die Zusammenstellung von Projektteams nach Kundenbedürfnissen ermöglicht. Als Teil der Serviceplan Gruppe ist Serviceplan PR Suisse zudem eng mit Partner-PR-Agenturen in München, Hamburg, Berlin und Wien vernetzt. Serviceplan Public Relations Suisse was established in july 2013 and is based in Zurich. Serviceplan’s strenght lies in the concept of integrated communication: PR-, advertising and digital agencies are located under one roof and work closely together at the "House of Communication"​.
