Service Specialists, Inc. was founded in October of 1984 by father and son, Robert and Scott Ollerman, with the goal of becoming Southern Wisconsin's leading heating, ventilating, air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, ice making and food service equipment service and sales leader. In 1988, Robert lost a 9-month battle with lung cancer. In the fall of 2011, we lost Scott. The loss of their experience and leadership was a challenging hurdle to overcome, however, the dedicated and professional staff cultivated Robert's and Scott's ideas and work ethic, to help Service Specialists to continue to grow into the industry leader that it is today. Since then, our success can be attributed to two very important factors, doing our very best to take care of our customers and our staff. Our Professional Technicians have a combined 300+ years of industry experience, and are second to none. Additionally, the many high-quality businesses and people we have the pleasure to work with, continue to fuel us to do whatever it takes to support them the best way we know how, to ensure that their businesses run strong and their homes are comfortable at all times.
