SERVICE SOLUTIONS was founded in the mid-80's strictly as a pressure washing company, primarily cleaning aluminum sided homes and decks. The company was incorporated as 'Capital District Pressure Wash', servicing Schenectady, southern Saratoga, and parts of Albany counties. Over the years new services were added, and name was changed to SERVICE SOLUTIONS to better reflect the wider range of cleaning and restoration opportunities customers could take advantage of. By the mid-90's we were 'cleaning up' all over the Capital District! Don Sweet, President and co-founder has been the sole owner since the early 90's, and continues to be very active in day-to-day operations. In the past 5 years we have expanded our roof cleaning services, began offering our GUTTERSTUFF rain filter product, experienced a significant increase in requests for full deck restoration packages, cleaned and sealed 100's of stamped concrete patios, and benefitted from a very successful start to our garage floor epoxy coating service. This year we also began offering our EMERALD cleaning package.
