In 1997, Servaccomm Redhall Ltd was formed to take advantage of the construction boom and is very proud of its heritage. For over 20 years, Servaccomm has been involved in delivering modular buildings for a variety of market sectors, namely education, healthcare, office, hotel & leisure, retail and utilities. We have a culture of collaborating with our key partners and stakeholders to produce inspirational buildings that exceed the end users' expectations in terms of functionality and quality. It's this culture of inclusiveness and engagement with all parties that truly differentiates us from our competitors. We are specialists in the design, manufacture and installation of all types of prefabricated, modular and volumetric buildings throughout the UK. Buildings include single / multi storey office accommodation, welfare accommodation, site accommodation, classroom facilities, science blocks, laboratories, healthcare buildings, day nurseries and crèches. Servaccomm is able to build upto six storeys high, with a variety of modular widths, giving you greater flexibility for utilising your existing land. As a result of our history, we have one of the most experienced off-site management teams in the industry. Most of our senior management each have over 20 years' experience of delivering modular building systems into several key market sectors. This means Servaccomm have been at the forefront of the design of permanent facilities throughout the UK, demonstrating improved performance on cost, program and quality, above and beyond traditional construction.
