Serrano Development Group, Inc. (SDG) is a multifaceted real estate investment and development company based in Los Angeles. Since its inception in 2003, SDG and partners have developed multifamily, industrial and retail projects throughout the southwestern United States. SDG collaborates with a seasoned team of design professionals, contractors and financial investors to make every project successful. Drawing from a diverse resume of product types, SDG has extensive project experience. The construction and engineering background of the partners allows for the development team to tackle complicated projects and collaboratively manage the design process. SDG consistently implements a development philosophy that integrates input early and often from the design consultants, general contractor, owner and development manager. The principals of SDG own a construction firm, Pacific Empire Builders, an essential tool in this process. In addition to developing our own projects, SDG maintains several strategic joint venture and development clients.
