SERR SYNERGY was established in 2014 to specifically address the revised Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Codes of Good Practice (B-BBEE or BEE Codes) along with key business legal compliance matters as expected of all businesses in South Africa. These include: o Skills Development and Employment Equity legislation; o Regulatory (mandatory) Training; o new Companies Act; o the Consumer Protection Act (CPA); o the National Credit Act (NCA); o the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA); o the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI) and the Electronic Communications Act; o Skills Development and Employment Equity Laws; o Labour Relations Laws pertaining to businesses. Our overall aim is to assist in the development of businesses to operate both legitimately and sustainably and at the same time benefit from South Africa’s unique economic landscape.
