Serka Federal Services, LLC is a US-based company, headquartered in Arlington, Virginia with a global presence in eight (8) countries. It has the resources, international scope, and experience to help clients achieve their missions around the globe. Serka has successfully executed over 115 contracts valued at $1.5 billion for services including: • Dining Facility (DFAC) Management and Catering • Base Camp Construction and Life Support • Facilities Operation and Maintenance (O&M) • Heavy Equipment and Vehicle Leasing • Custodial and Grounds • Waste Management • Port Operations and Related Terminal Services; and • Procurement and Logistics. As a distinguished service provider, we strive to exceed our client’s expectations by providing complete solutions that are feasible, timely and cost effective in the most challenging and hostile environments. Serka was one of the first contractors to enter Iraq at the beginning of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) in March 2003 and performed services concurrently on seventeen (17) separate military installation camps to support the dynamic, fast-moving requirements of a war zone for over 40,000 US military and civilian men and women, and over 6,000 employees. During that time Serka received numerous awards, accolades, appreciation and commendations from the US Government, end-users and clients. Serka’s 52 years of experience has allowed us to optimize how we operate—leading to enhanced contract performance, reduced costs, and risks for our clients. Serka recently mobilized 265 third-country nationals to perform on its recently awarded full food service contract at Al Udeid Air Base in Doha, Qatar and established a 300-person man camp with complete life support services in under 45 days. We proudly support the US government - USAFE in Al Udeid AB in Qatar and Incirlik AB in Turkey; DOS in Istanbul; and US TRANCOM in all Turkey ports.
