SERING was founded in 1981 by a group of young and enthusiastic engineers, university classmates, who joined together to work at their project as a partnership. The Company has gained over the past thirty years a deep understanding of the technical, regulatory and management aspects in the fields of major engineering works, architecture and urban planning. Since the nineties, SERING carries out its activities abroad too. Today, SERING is one of the leading engineering consultancy companies with registered offices in Rome & Palermo (Italy), Muscat (Oman), Sofia (Bulgaria), Ras Al-Khaimah (UAE), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and Kampala (Uganda).
