Serenity Holding is a dynamic forward-thinking organization that conceptualizes, designs, builds and manages hospitality brands. We specialize in developing hotels, resorts and residences that are ‘wellness-inspired’ where the priority is the guest’s well-being. This guest-centric approach defines all aspects of our operation from architecture, interior design, and facilities to the individual details that make a difference in the guest experience. Since 2007 we have been successfully designing and developing hotels and from 2010 we started operating hotels for our clients. We have grown from our first hugely successful managed Fusion Maia Resort in Da Nang to a multi-property, multi-brand hospitality business with 8 of our own projects in Vietnam and have signed 3 new Fusion properties in South East Asia. Our current portfolio consists of three brands: 1) Fusion Resorts: Top end of the market, luxury all-inclusive spa concept 2) Fusion Suites: The all-suite category of the Fusion brand.
