We propose a new way of delivering health services, by in-sourcing public and private, high skilled, experienced work force to utilize New Zealand's District Health Boards' unused existing capacity and take up a specific number of outpatient clinics and elective surgeries overnight throughout weekdays and weekends in order to clear backlogs.
