Sequel Holdings is a Dallas, TX based middle market (which we define as $5.0mm to $35.0mm in EBITDA) private equity firm focused on food, beverage, agribusiness and industrial companies. Collectively, members of Sequel were responsible for over 115 acquisitions made by Dean Foods and related companies during the past 15 years with a combined enterprise value of approximately $7 billion. In addition, the members of the firm were involved in managing the acquired businesses after closing, developing the company’s strategic direction, growing the earnings and cash flow of the acquired businesses, completing the initial public offering of Suiza Foods, arranging numerous financings that provided growth capital and divesting selected subsidiaries.
