Founder During his final year studying Professional Musicianship, Chris Simpson experienced a pivotal moment that would change the course of his academic and professional journey. A guest lecturer from Oxford University, Neill Thew, introduced Chris to the opportunity of pursuing a Master’s in Professional Development. After completing the program, Chris went on to collaborate with Neill in designing a new course focused on Leadership and Leading Change, tailored for a consortium of UK universities. This marked the beginning of Chris’s journey into leadership development.
