It was founded in October 2016 by Professor Yoji Kuroda of Meiji University specializing in intelligent mechanics together with finance industry expert and current CEO Soichiro Nakamura. Applying an original laser sensor technology invented at the laboratory of Professor Yoji Kuroda, SEQSENSE is engaged in R＆D, manufacturing and business development of new service robots. SEQSENSE 's first goal is to succeed in the area of security robots. Subsequently SEQSENSE is aiming for new fields to expand the use of its technology.
