Separating Together, Collaborative Practice Group Information

Separating Together™ is an organization whose participating members include attorneys and other professionals who are dedicated to helping couples and their families separate and divorce in a non-court, non-adversarial way in North Carolina. Separating Together™ is NOT a law firm. Since 2005, the participating member attorneys of Separating Together have provided respectful divorce services, including Collaborative Divorce and Mediation, focused on North Carolina’s Collaborative Law alternative. Without exposing clients to the stress of court, the attorneys guide clients toward mutually beneficial agreements for legal separation, divorce, co-parenting plans, and property distribution. Co-founder Jeff Seigle says, “For years I was involved in the adversarial process where there was normally a winner and a loser.
