Further every melt is also subject to ON LINE ANALYSIS of Carbon, Silicon, Nodularity, Nodule count, Secondary Shrinkages, Solidification mode of treated metal: Hypo-Eutectic, Eutectic, Hyper Eutectic OR their Combination & Temperature measurement. All stages of manufacturing processes are carried out as per instructions in the process flow chart. Inspection of the product is being carried out as per ISO - 9001 - 9002 & procedure / quality plan to ensure customer's requirements.
