Sense & Color is a communications consultancy and start-up advisory organization. The founder, Jeff Olson, has taken 25 years of corporate communications leadership experience and developed workshops that create transformations and solve acute organizational problems. For example, Jeff’s most delivered workshop helps organizations get teams rowing in the same direction. He also creates customized workshops on brand reputation and developing organizational purpose, mission and values. Jeff has held corporate communications and brand reputation leadership roles at Fortune 150 companies and international PR agencies. He was nominated and accepted into the Arthur Page Society, and membership organization for Chief Communications Officers, and also named a Top 50 Health Influencer by PR Week in 2021. Through this work, Jeff has learned what works and what doesn't work, where time is wasted and how to create efficient fixes, and what costs too much and what is cost-effective. Using this experience, the assessments and workshops are built to solve problems in less time and for less money than relying on traditional consulting organizations and agencies. More recently, Jeff founded a Web3 company that was accepted into an accelerator program, earned a MIT certificate in cryptocurrency, and advises multiple Web3 organizations.
