The Senior Wellness Group, LLC is dedicated to the redesigning and re-purposing of existing acute healthcare facilities, that are no longer in service to their community, to sub-acute medical facilities for seniors. Functions included in these facilities are Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Dialyses, Mental Health (Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia), Dietary and Medical Offices. Its members have over 75 years of background and experience in the followings fields: healthcare, architecture, legal, land-use, development, investment, food services and operations. The Senior Wellness Group provides development analysis documentation including feasibility, entitlement, financial models and programming as part of a re-using of existing facilities for private and semi-private clients throughout the State of California.
