SendWorks builds the software and infrastructure businesses use to send customer emails, get them delivered, and understand whether they are actually working. We bring together two products: SendX and SendPost. SendX is our email marketing and automation platform, built for teams that want to create, send, and scale high-performing campaigns. SendPost is our email infrastructure and deliverability platform, built for teams that need deeper visibility, control, and reliability at scale. Together, these create the foundation of what we call Communication Performance: helping businesses understand whether their customer communications are reaching people and producing the results they were meant to produce. Today, SendWorks is focused on email. Over time, we’ll build toward a broader platform that helps businesses continuously understand and improve the performance of their customer communications.
