SEND Recruitment Information

We are a specialist recruitment consultancy dedicated to all things special needs supporting mainstream and SEND schools across the UK and Overseas. If a child cannot learn the way you teach then teach the way they learn. All children deserve the best education we can give. SEND Recruitment believe that SEND is a niche area within education that requires experienced practitioners with the relevant skills and attributes to work with children and young people with SEND in order to provide the best education and care and help them realise their strengths and achieve their full potential. We recruit candidates who are dedicated to the development and success of the children they work with and are passionate about working in such a specialised field. We share a passion for SEND with our clients and work in partnership with them to get the right people to work with the children who can meet their needs.
