Launched in 2010, Senatla Capital is an established South African based Private Markets investment manager regulated by the South African Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA). Since our inception, our focus has been on Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Credit strategies that have been combined across 3 funds. Our strategy has now evolved to focusing on single themed funds and follow-on funds in Private Credit, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Equity. In addition to capital raising, the firm is currently also focused on harvesting its 2nd fund and actively managing the investment portfolio in our 3rd fund. Since inception we have invested over ZAR500 million in various portfolio investments and returned over ZAR400 million cash capital to investors in our funds. The firm’s current Assets Under Management (‘AUM’) exceed ZAR425 million. Senatla prides itself on being a Level 1 Contributor (BEE Act 2016), with 135% BEE Procurement recognition. Senatla also holds Category 1 & 2 FAIS Licenses with the FSCA and is an Authorised Financial Services Provider.
