It was officially incorporated on 30 April 1992. It has been granted licences of practice under The Architects Act 1991, The Professional Engineers Act 1991 and The Land Surveyors Act 2005 to provide professional services as a private limited corporation. The Company's business is to provide multi-disciplinary design and consultancy services for the construction and development works. Our clients range from commercial, residential, industrial to the defence sector. Our dedicated design team handles projects (including project management services) for our clients from the inception stage to completion and handover. Besides the design team, we have a project team of certified surveyors who provide land surveying services for our clients. SCAE staff comprises a pool of qualified Architects, Civil and Structural Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Process Engineer, Quantity Surveyors and Land Surveyors. Approximately 25% are registered professionals. They are supported by designers and draftsmen in the various disciplines holding appropriate qualifications. About SCAE
