SEM Logistics was founded in 2006 by Tim Moran as a goal oriented, professional search engine marketing firm, the goal of which is to deliver Fortune 500 results to businesses of all sizes. Realizing that there existed a shortage of search marketing firms that operate under the ethical guidelines of professionalism and accountability, the management team behind SEM Logistics created a company that can provide marketing and optimization services of the highest quality. Drawing resources from a team of dedicated professionals, SEM Logistics can provide custom tailored solutions to meet even the most demanding business needs. Tim graduated from the University of Scranton with a degree in Computer Science. After completing his studies, he was recruited by SunGard International, as a software engineer. Beginning as a development consultant, he was promoted to the position of Lead Technical Developer and was responsible for managing the direction of several multi-million dollar contracts. His work at SunGard has allowed him to spend time in Beijing, China, developing new business and technologies in this emerging market. He has also spent time in Hong Kong, guiding the investment group AIA's development efforts to upgrade older, proprietary systems to newer, cutting edge technology. During his time at SunGard, Tim has also developed solutions for clients, such as: CitiGroup, Exxon Mobile, Putnam Investments, MetLife and JP Morgan. Tim holds the certificaion of Yahoo Certified Search Ambassador, and is a professional member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).
