At SELFRAG, we turn waste into value. Our patented High Voltage Pulse (HVP) technology enables efficient recovery of metals and minerals from incinerator bottom ash (IBA), materials that would otherwise end up in landfill. Every tonne of IBA processed at our facilities saves primary raw materials and avoids the CO2 emissions associated with extracting them. Today, we operate Centro Uno in Full-Reuenthal (CH), with Centro Due and Centro Tre in preparation. Our verified CO2 savings are being certified under one of the most rigorous standards in the voluntary carbon market, making us one of the few waste-to-value operators whose climate impact is third-party verified. We publish Insights, a monthly newsletter for buyers, regulators, and the industrial waste community — long-form pieces on the methodology, the Centros, and what verified CO₂ savings actually look like in practice. Founded in 2007, we are a Swiss team of scientists, engineers and business people building the infrastructure of a circular economy.
