Born in Turin in 1973 during the city's industrial evolution, Selet started its business producing electronics boards for the hydraulic and electrical field. But soon, the right path became clear. Selet began the production of components dedicated to the automation field. Contactless sensors meant to drive the mechanical limit switches beyond the automation world. Since then, Selet has been investing in new technologies, in creativity - widening the range of products - and applications, new departments -PLC line, R&D application fields, SMD, TEM, quality -, new machines, and the company image. In 2011, Selet became ISO9001 certified by confirming its high-quality standards. Selet has always addressed the foreign market with distributors, customers and agents from all over the world. Selet is also proud of its participation in international field fairs like SPS Italia and Nuremberg, and SIAF 2012 - the SPS of Guangzhou, China. The turning point occurred in 2014 when Selet changed its board to improve its look & feel.
