Jenny Riseley [Cert IV Body Corp Mgt] - Ph: (07) 5443 3138 Jenny has held a varying number of positions in her career including being the first female Assistant Manager with Pizza Hut in Victoria in 1987, owner/manager of family business for 15 yrs, Bursar/Registrar 10 yrs with the Department of Education Victoria before moving to Qld. Jenny's first form of employment in Qld was in the Real Estate Industry as a Sales Secretary and from there into Body Corporate Management at an office in Caloundra. In 2003 Jenny completed a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management whilst employed by Strata Solutions. In 2005 Jenny and her husband Jeff purchased the Sunshine Coast office of Strata Solutions and renamed it Select Strata Management. (07) 5443 3138 David has been involved in the Property Industry since 1990, as a Property Manager where he obtained a specific interest in the administrative aspect of the business, leading him to join the Body Corporate Industry in February 1999. He first joined Select Strata Management in 2006 after being with one company for seven years and leaving in 2011, then rejoining Select in 2015. He has worked with two other companies in his absence so over the years has attained a comprehensive understanding of the practices adopted within the industry. David has a practical hands-on approach with extensive knowledge and is described as having the knowledge to guide owners and Committee members through the body corporate obligations and limitations. In addition to comprehensive experience, he has several years of senior management that have equipped him with a confident understanding of his profession.
